By accessing and using SwingSync ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. SwingSync is a premium golf swing analysis platform that provides AI-powered coaching services exclusively to paying subscribers.
2. Premium Subscription Service
SwingSync operates as a premium-only service with multiple flexible pricing options:
- Starter Weekly (£6.99/week): Flexible short-term access to AI golf coaching
- Starter Monthly (£25.99/month): Full monthly access with savings vs weekly
- Starter Annual (£330/year): Best value - save £40+ with annual billing
- Club Premium (£497/month): Multi-member club access with advanced analytics
- Resort Enterprise: Custom pricing for resort and large-scale implementations
All plans include unlimited AI swing analysis, predictive coaching, and revolutionary visual guidance technology.
3. Payment and Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance according to your chosen plan (weekly, monthly, or annually). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the recurring subscription fees. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Use of Service
You may use SwingSync solely for personal or authorized business purposes related to golf instruction and improvement. You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
- Use the service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI analysis technology
- Upload content that violates intellectual property rights
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
5. Intellectual Property
SwingSync and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SwingSync and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of videos you upload, but grant us license to analyze and process them for providing our services.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
We take your privacy seriously and handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. Your swing analysis data is processed to provide personalized coaching recommendations and improve our AI technology.
7. Limitation of Liability
SwingSync provides AI-powered analysis for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, our service should not replace professional golf instruction or medical advice. We are not liable for any injuries or damages that may result from following our recommendations.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
